Without enrolling in the Apple Developer Program, you will be able to access basic features such as downloading Xcode and associated tools, as well as access to forums, documentation, and guides on building on the iOS platform. However, you will not be able to access AppConnect_and_TestFlight which are required to distribute your app. At the time of writing, the cost for enrolling in the Apple Developer Program is $149 AUD/annually.
