What Is DevOps - A Development Process Or A Set Of tools

What is DevOps - A development process or a set of tools. DevOps is the practice of operations and development engineers participating together in the entire service lifecycle, from design through the development process to production support.

Before we begin, I want to ask you a question. Do you have a clear definition of what DevOps is or is that really why you came here? I can understand if you're confused.
