1) Summary of part I

The first article described how to configure our first Dialogflow Agent Intent to manage a simple conversation with the objective of providing a Trade volume exchanged between 2 countries. Questions could be asked by the user in different ways just with few training phrases containing an hard-coded text answer with parameters and also reminding the parameters requested by the user.

This article and the following ones will go further and will allow you to build step-by-step a real chatbot connected to an open data Euler Hermes API. As they are more technical, they require some programming knowledge.

2) Fulfillment

The Fulfillment is a step that is executed by Dialogflow once some conditions are met. It means that the question asked by the user is understandable by Dialogflow engine and also that the user has provided all the requested parameters. Then a code is executed. It could be a URL pointing to your own Web Service written in NodeJS, Java, .NET or a NodeJS code in the built-in Dialogflow code editor.
