Dynamically Render Twitter/Facebook Social Cards and Images With React & Node.js

Dynamically Render Twitter/Facebook Social Cards and Images With React & Node.js - The problem here is that my React app is a single page application (SPA) with static meta tag values.

I am working on a new tech platform ( metacules.com) that aspires to connect the user to interesting podcast, video & book content via various 3rd party open APIs.

One of the strategies to create traction, spread the word and have users (and ourselves) share interesting videos of podcast they liked is by sharing them to social media platforms like Twitter & Facebook.

Initially (and naively) I thought it would be as simple as using a sharing library like ‘ react-share’ which is great for getting some out-of-the-box functionality to share _to _the various social media platforms.

But what I didn’t realize at the start was, the way that f.e. Twitter generates the preview image, the title and description of the shared link, is to follow the link back to your website via the provided url and check the webpage header’s meta-tags.

Sharing functionality on the desktop version of the https://metacules.com website

The problem here is that my React app is a single page application (SPA) with static meta tag values. So how can I dynamically create meta tags for f.e. the Twitterbot that crawls my website for data and serve it the right image-url etc.?
