After installing identity shield, you need to click on the Webroot icon which is on the system tray twice to launch main window. In the main window, you should click on the Identity & Privacy tab. At this point, you should slide the toggle of Identity Shield to ON to enable it.

To manage Quarantine items, in the main window you should select PC Security option in the left side. After this, you should select last tab and named it Quarantine. At this point, you should choose the Quarantine which you want to manage by tick mark the box next to it. At last, tap on Erase or Restore and just exit the wizard.
