In result to this we will have a idea about KPIs, Tables and how to work with real business data visualization but for that lets start with the brief of PowerBI.

As we all know that Power BI is a business analytics service by Microsoft and it helps to provide interactive visualizations and business intelligence capabilities with an interface simple enough for end users to create their own reports and dashboards so I prepared this blog for beginners to help them understand the basic concepts of Power BI. This blog will give you enough understanding on Power BI, from where you can take yourself to a higher level of expertise with .I will try to create report with multiple interactive visualizations on sky Transport Data. Before going through the process of how to use PowerBI lets first understand the business objective for which we will try to do the analysis because we all know that in Business analytics understanding the key objective is much more important. whether we deal with Data Analysis or Business Analysis first discovering the primary business objective and understanding it is the first step to move further so objective Through this report i will try to Design dashboard with basic set of visualizations where the source of my data is sky transport dataset (you can download dataset from here — https://github.com/himanshi798/POwerBi/blob/main/Sky%20Transport%20Corp.xlsx ) to Develop a dashboard to show top level brief overview of Sky Transport visualization this will include following key points:

• KPIs for Total Miles, Revenue, Cost

• Revenue Vs Miles by Shipping State

• Revenue Vs Miles by Shipping City

• Total Trips Vs Trips by Trip Types

• % of Trips by Shipping State
