Food being prepared is Abstraction. You do not care about what's happening inside. The only thing you care about is, is the implementation correctly done and is the food being served to you in proper time.

The waiter who serves you the food forms the Bridge between the chefs that prepare the food and you the one who is going to enjoy it.
