How Becoming a Developer Can Change the Way You See Life. I really love this quote. Do you think your life outside programming has changed, for good or ... and more attention on details that can impact, in a way or another.
“Men in suits look really successful until you find out they work for the men in pajamas.”
I really love this quote. It feels so good to be a rebel, to hate the status quo, to choose to be a pirate instead, to live your life the way you want, to not think of other people’s opinions and expectations, to have the strength to make your own decisions even if they go against your parent's rules.
It’s OK to make mistakes, it's OK to fail, it’s OK to suck at something and start over, it’s OK to be different, it's OK to be afraid until you’re not anymore. It’s OK to fall over and over until you stop.
No matter how scared you are, stand up and fight for the life that you want.
Live your life the way you want, for as long as you respect all living creatures, then you are good to go.
Don’t get me wrong: I’m not some billionaire like Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, or Jeff Bezos, but I’ve been wearing my pajamas at work.
I don’t own any business (not yet) and I work for a company as well — a company that I love dearly.
My point is you don't have to wait to be a billionaire just so you can live a life where you can work and play at the same time, where you have all the power to control your life, where you have the power to choose the time you spend at work and the place where you work, a life where you don’t have to feel guilty if you decide to take a nap in the middle of working hours. A life where you don’t have to wait for 40-50 years so you can enjoy the remaining ten.
With technology, everything now is possible.
But freedom comes with a price, so there is only one question to answer: Do you have what it takes?
