“ARE YOU WELL?” We’ve all been asked this question or have asked others at some point. Usually, it’s an inquiry as to whether we are currently suffering from any illness or ailment, as “ Workplace Wellness “ is generally assumed to be associated with physical wellbeing. But this is far from being the truth. Workplace Wellness. We know it is a hot topic within organizations to maintain employee satisfaction but what does it really mean? Wellbeing and living a healthy life have evolved to represent more than being physically fit. No longer is it enough to make it to the gym and sweat. Today, being healthy and alive involves a more complex and systematic approach that leads to quality of life. To experience optimal health, all dimensions of your wellness wheel must be healthy and tended to. First, let’s understand – What is the Wellness Wheel and how can it help? A Wellness Wheel is like your wheel of fortune. In here, you cover various categories with regards to up keeping yourself by empowering, making positive affirmations, busting out your stress, and gaining control over many other aspects of your life, to ensure a fit you.
