In this video, I had the opportunity to talk with Tina Huang, a Data Scientist at one of the FAANG companies. In her journey of eventually becoming a data scientist, Tina started out with an undergraduate in Pharmacology. Her first stepping stone into data science was being a research assistant in Bioinformatics. She then pursued a Masters degree in Computer Science and her second stepping stone was a software engineering internship at Goldman Sachs. Recently, she had landed a job as a Data Scientist at one of the FAANG companies (Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google).
