To add a Downloadable File to your Site, you have to do 2 Steps.

Step 1: Upload the File to your Site.
To upload the File,
Go to WordPress Dashboard ►Media ►Add New.
Drag and Drop the file from your Computer which you want to upload.
And the File will be uploaded.

Step 2: Add the File to your Site.
Go to the Page where you want to add the File.
Click ‘Edit Post’.
Go to the Place where you want to add the File.
To add a File you need a Download Button.
To add a Download Button,
Click on the ‘Plus (+)’ icon.
And select the Button Element.
Enter the Button text you want.
To add your File to this button,
Click on the ‘Link’ icon.
It will ask you to Enter the Link of the File.
To get the File Link,
Go to WordPress Dashboard ► Click ‘Edit’ next to your File.
You will see the Link on the Right Side.
Click ‘Copy URL’ to copy the Link.
Go back to your Page and Paste the Link on the Box.
And the File will be added to your Button.
If you want your File to opened in a New Tab when someone clicks the Button,
Click ‘Open in a New Tab’ option.
To Save the Changes, Click ‘Update’.
This is how you can add a Downloadable File to your WordPress website.
If you want to add a Downloadable FIle to a Page which is built using Elementor.
Click ‘Edit with Elementor’.
Go to the Place where you want to add the File.
Just like before, you have to add a Download Button.
To add the Button,
Just drag the Button element from the Left side and Drop where you want.
To change the Text,
Click on the Button and enter the Text you want.
To add the Downloadable File, you need to enter the File link on the Left side of the Elementor Edit Page.
To get the File link,
Go to WordPress Dashboard ►Media.
Click the File which you want to add.
You will see a Link on the Right side of the Page.
Click ‘Copy URL’ to copy the Link.
Go back to the Elementor Edit Page and Paste the link on the Box.
If you want your File to be Opened in a New Tab, Click ‘Open in a New Tab’ option.
Click ‘Update’.
