Attrition of employees is one of the biggest problems in any organization. This problem needs to be addressed because it involves different types of costs and talent. If we can predict attrition in any organization, then it can help the organization in many ways. In this article, I will try to predict attrition using different machine learning algorithms. I have used the IBM HR performance dataset for the analysis, and WEKA, The Machine Learning tool, has been used for machine learning.
