This is the 24th episode of my “Learn HTML5 and CSS3” course. In this course, we will learn everything about how we can create markup for a website. In this episode, I want to create a complete portfolio page where you could place your portfolio items with a cool hover effect. Whenever you hover over a portfolio item, the opacity will change to a dark color, and text will appear on the screen.
