Close Outlook and launch it in Safe mode. Click on the start icon placed at the bottom left corner of your desktop screen and type Outlook.exe/safe in the textbox and press enter. If your Outlook won’t open Windows 10, you can simply open it in Safe mode. Safe mode does not allow all features as normal but it will carry out the most basic activities. Finally, close outlook and then open it normally to ensure that it is working properly.
