In this video, We are showing you how you can make License Plate Recognition from Scratch. You will get a text of the number plate. There are lots of other ways to do it. but this is a good approach, in this, I got an amazing result

Steps which we have followed

(1) License Plate Detection using Cascading
(2) Image processing on the cropped number plate image
(3) Implement OCR(Optical Character Recognition) on the cropped number plate.
