I don’t remember when exactly but, probably one night following the infamous Youtube rabbit hole, I discovered a video that intrigued me. It mentioned the, at the time, rumors about Space Jam 2 (following the classical crossover between Michael Jordan and the Looney Tunes). Everybody knew Lebron James would be Michael Jordan replacement in this new opus but what about the Monstars ?

The MonWhat ?

The Monstars ! Those small aliens challenging the Looney Tunes in a basketball game. Only…** They were small until they started stealing the talent of famous NBA players !**

In the movie theses aliens choose to steal the “crème de la crème” of NBA players :

• Charles Barkley
• Muggsy Bogues
• Shawn Bradley
• Patrick Ewing
• Larry Johnson

And what about your video ?

Well if there is a new Space Jam with Lebron James in Michael Jordan’s role than there should also be a new Monstars team ! The idea of the video is to create a new Monstars team as similar to the old one as possible but with current NBA players.
