Sticky, hidden footer is the kind of a page footer that is stuck the bottom of the page and reveals itself as you scroll the page up.
It’s a nice, eye-catching effect that’s easy to be done in Elementor as well. No need for any external javascript libraries, just a few lines of custom CSS code. Quite a simple thing.

In case your footer is taller than the viewport height - sticky footer doesn’t make much sense.
The most common situation when the footer becomes taller than the viewport is on mobile devices because footer columns tend to collapse, one on top of another.
