Step1- Sign in into the AWS console if you already have or else create a new account and log in.

Step2- Navigate to the region into which you want to make the RDS(Relational Database).

Step3- After selecting the region, select the RDS from the services menu. As shown in the image below.

Step 4- After selecting RDS from the services, you will be directed to another page from where you can create the RDS as shown below.
