In my previous post Adopting a Product Mindset, I have explained that Product Managers (PM) were outcome-driven people. I have provided a few tips to help them make good decisions and eventually maximize their chances to reach their outcome.
I will now lay my attention on the customer themself, and explain why it is so important to understand the context and motivation(s) that lie behind our customers’ endeavors, in order to make good decisions.
