If you want to write a scalable web application with Angular nowadays, you will quickly reach your limits with simple Angular modules. Architectural templates such as microfrontends or monorepos with so-called Angular Libraries provide a remedy.

Shared code and Angular modules that you want to use again and again can be easily created in an Angularv library using Angular’s own CLI.

In this talk, Google Developer Expert (GDE) Martina Kraus presents the exact steps for creating a new Angular Library with Ivy. After the basics, she will also explain how to migrate an existing library created with an older Angular version to Angular Ivy.

At the end of the talk, participants will have a solid overview of the topic and will learn to migrate an older Angular Library to Angular Ivy step by step.
