Step 1 : Install ‘Forminator’ Plugin

To install the plugin,

Go to WordPress Dashboard ► Plugins ► Add New

Now search for ‘Forminator’ and click ‘Install & Activate’.

Once you’ve installed the plugin, you can go to the next step.

Step 2 : Create File Upload Form

To create the form,

Go to WordPress Dashboard ► Forminator ► Forms ► Create

Now choose the type of form you want to create and click ‘Create’.

And now give a name to your form and click ‘Create’.

So now you’ve got your form.

Now if your form doesn’t have any field to upload the files,

You need to add a file upload field to your form.

To add the field, click ‘Insert Fields’ and choose ‘File Upload’.

Now select the type of single file or multiple files and click ‘Apply’.

Now click ‘Publish’ and your file upload form will be created.

Step 3 : Add The Form To Your Site

To add the form, first you need to create a page.

So go to Pages ► Add New

Now give a name to your page and click the ‘+’ icon.

Now search for a block ‘Form’ and click on it.

So now your form is added to the page.

Now click ‘Publish’ and your form will be added to your site.

Now to add your page which you’ve created to your menu,

Go to WordPress Dashboard ► Appearance ► Customize

Now go to Menus ► Primary Menu ► Add Items

Now select the page which you’ve created and click ‘Publish’.

So now your page will be added to your menu.

Now if you want to increase the maximum size for file upload,

Go to WordPress Dashboard ► Forminator ► Forms

Now click ‘Edit’ on the form which you’ve created.

Now click on the ‘Upload File’ field and then go to ‘Settings’.

Now under ‘File Size Limit’ enter the maximum file size you want.

So to save the changes, click ‘Apply’ & ‘Update’.

So now your file size limit will be increased.

Now if someone submits a form,

You will receive the details in your email along with the file they’ve uploaded.

Now if you want to reply back to your visitors,

Go to WordPress Dashboard ► Forminator ► Forms

Now click ‘Edit’ on the form which you’ve created.

Now go to Email Notifications ► Admin Email ► Advanced

Now under ‘Reply-to Email’ select ‘Email Address’ and click ‘Add’.

So to save the changes, click ‘Update’.

And now you can reply back to your visitors.

Now search for ‘Forminator’ Widget and add it.
