Getting Started

For developing in C++, you will need two things:

• A text editor, like Notepad, to write C++ code
• A compiler, like GCC, to translate the C++ code into a language that the computer will understand

The best way to achieve an editor and compiler in one is Codeblocks. If you have installed Codeblocks, we can start writing code.
