Oracle Visited our campus for recruitment to join Netsuite team at Hyderabad. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the entire process happened virtually through ZOOM App.

**Online Test-1: **Test Consists of 4 Sections

  1. Aptitude
  2. O.S (Mostly Page Replacement Algorithms and Critical Section)
  3. D.B.M.S & SQL (Focussed on joins & normalization)
  4. Data Structures and Algorithms (predict the output type)

Also, the question was from AVL Trees. Many people were shortlisted for Round 2

**Online Test -2: **Student who cleared Round 1 was shortlisted for 2nd Round In which 2 coding questions were asked. Both questions were focused on graph data structures and required in-depth knowledge of BFS/DFS.

Around 50 people were shortlisted for the next round.

**Technical Interview -1: **In this Round firstly I was asked 2 coding questions

  1. https://practice.geeksforgeeks.org/problems/remove-spaces/0
  2. https://practice.geeksforgeeks.org/problems/count-pairs-with-given-sum5022/1

The interview was very calm and helpful. I was able to solve both questions and I explained different approaches to solve the ques.tion. Then he asked about my projects and technologies used. After that, He asked basic HTML syntax and Rest API. As I was not aware of Rest API and I told him about this, and he was ok. Then he asked about my final year capstone project.

After this, he asked any question for me. I asked him about the role and about the NetSuite profile.

**Technical Interview -2: **In this Round, He asked my basic introduction and a coding question based on the array.

  1. https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/count-pairs-with-given-sum-set-2/

He specially asked to write code (by screen sharing on IDE) of the above approach, and I was not able to handle corner cases properly. So he gave me a hint and after 5 minutes I was able to do so.

After this, He thoroughly read my resume and asked questions from O.S and networking as I have mentioned in my resume.

He asked about

  1. https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/process-table-and-process-control-block-pcb/
  2. https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/page-fault-handling-in-operating-system/
  3. https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/tcp-and-udp-in-transport-layer/

There was one more Round (HR) but I was not able to make it. I think he was not satisfied with my coding approach to solving that array question. As a tip, always ask the interviewer about different corner cases and if you can’t think about a solution do not hesitate to ask for a hint.

At last, they selected 6 people.
