My 30 day body transformation workout and eating routine! I spent the last 30 days working out almost every day, eating nutritious food, meal prepping, doing cardio, and more. My goal was to lose fat fast while gaining muscle fast too, since I had sort of let myself go during the quarantine.
Now, my fitness journey didn’t start 30 days ago. I’ve been working out pretty consistently for years, but the quality of my workouts had suffered a lot and I was not eating well. In addition, I never did cardio which I regret.

Here was my game plan:

Eat Healthy (perhaps the most important part) and meal plan
Work out every single day at a higher intensity (I missed 2 days)
Start doing cardio (running and Peloton bike)

Overall, I’m happy with the results! You guys judge to see if there is a difference. I saw a big increase in my motivation, productivity, and state of mind. I highly encourage you guys to try going hard at the gym for 30 days - it’s not only fun, but also very rewarding. I bet you everything else in your life that month will be better as well.

As an entrepreneur, I need to have a sharp mindset and clarity to work on my businesses. Fitness has been an immense driver of what I’ve been able to do and accomplish, and that’s why I dedicate 1 hour or more each day to my fitness goals.
