Using BYOD bring several positives and negatives for network environment, Network team must agree the type of support and software to manage mobile devices, and there is amendments to the network security policy and creating new polices. Security must be the main concern when using BYOD , the security policy should provide company governance to help network team manage mobile devices , and the new BYOD policy and software should not affect the network performance.

Personal data loss is one of the BYOD privacy risk f there is a perceived security breach, everything on the device personal and corporate may automatically be deleted.

According to Cisco study 90 % of employees in the USA are using their personal Smartphone’s for work. 90 % of organizations are support BYOD in some form, according to research by Gartner. Enterprise mobile apps have become an integral part of most organizations these days. Encouraging employees to use their own devices is a cheap and efficient way of adding capacity to your businesses IT infrastructure, but security concerns remain. The most recent Global BYOD and Enterprise Mobility Market 2017–2021 report claims that BYOD adoption is set to increase massively across businesses of all sizes and in all sectors. With the rapid development in mobile technologies and a BYOD culture becoming increasingly popular, enterprise app development is becoming even more important.
