In this video, we will take a look into building a simple Filter on the live feed using CV2.

We will look at BGR to GRAY photo filter, and make use of CANNY algorithm to do a outline of the photo (Spooky filter from snapchat clone)
This is a very simple and basic implementation of the filter and doesnt guarantee it will work across all CPU/GPUs. Using Opencv we have endless possibilities to play with the photos/video frames.
