Everyone can create a proposal.
To create a proposal, a user can connect his wallet to the voting page, and click on the ”new proposal” button.
Once on the page, users can input “Question(title)”, “Proposal content”, “proposal start date and end date”, “answer options”, and “latest block number(this is automatically fetched)”.
Post publishing, the proposal will be shown on the main page.
While in the active period(between start date and end date), other users can vote on this proposal.
When creating a proposal, the user can add some more answers options using “Add Choice” function.

In the result area, users can see total JulVote balance for the total positive voters and total JulVote balance for the total negative voters, so this information will help the proposal’s final execution.
