What is Kuma Dex?

Kuma Dex is a decentralized, vAMM based perpetual contracting trading platform for meme coins like SHIB, AKITA, ELON, KUMA, etc.

Unlike traditional AMMs, people can trade perpetual futures contracts utilizing the constant product market maker formula with up to 25x long or short leverage.

vAMM is pretty similar to traditional Automated Market Makers like Uniswap, however, AMMs cannot support Futures Trading. Its definition has been introduced by Perpetual Protocol.

Traders will utilize USDC as collateral to open long or short positions in a given asset. An important difference to note is that no swap is occurring. Unlike other AMMs, for example, where traders arrive with asset A and leave with asset B, on Kuma Dex traders will always arrive with USDC and leave with USDC. All profits/losses will also be in USDC since there are no liquidity providers inside vAMMs.

Introducing our governance token $dKUMA

dKUMA is a new token for Kuma Inu Community and it is the primary utility token of Kuma Dex.

So what exactly can you do with dKUMA:

- dKUMA allows whoever is in possession of it to vote for the Kuma Dex ecosystem.

- dKUMA holders can become stakers by staking dKUMA tokens to a Kuma Dex Staking Pool. In return, stakers are rewarded with a portion of the transaction fees in stable coins.
